Democrats, and President Obama, insinuate the Chamber of Commerce committed a felony – laundering foreign money into American elections.  No example, let alone, proof is presented.  One of the President’s men – David Axelrod — defends the unsubstantiated accusation with “Well, do you have any evidence that it’s not [true] …?” [Chamber Financing Attacks Continue 10/10/10 ].

To understand how un-American that is consider:

If only 6 degrees of separation exist between me and every other human on earth, then in Hawaii 2 or less separate me from the officials who hold President Obama’s grades and SAT scores at Punahou. (One of the nation’s best, most elite and most expensive private high schools.)  And I’m certain President Obama’s grades, and SAT scores, were barely mediocre.  None were high enough to legitimately earn him admission to any prestigious college.

Don’t ask my source.  As President Obama’s man said:  “Can you prove I’m wrong?”

My point? America law places the burden of proof on the accuser, not the accused, so no woman or man who dishonors that belief should ever be entrusted with the power of elected office.  I believe Americans deserve an apology or a new President.
